The purpose of this research is to study the effects of growth stimulants and micronutrients on plant productivity and biometrics of potato varieties differ in terms of maturity, grown in vegetation facilities of closed-type (in minitubers nursery). The article presents data on the effect of foliar application of micronutrients solutions Potassium humate “prompterˮ, Izabion, Biostim on the formation of potato minitubers. The object of research are microplants of potato varieties zoned in the region: Alena, Nevskiy, Khozyayushka. Test tube potato microplants grafted and grown in phytotron, were planted into a greenhouse in the 8-liter pots with peat-mineral substrate in the second decade of May. As a result of studies, it was determined that the use of spray dressings microfertilizers promoted the increase of plants biometric indicators during the growing period. The average weight of foliage increased relative to controls at 54-67 g/plant or 9-11%. A significant growth in productivity was also obtained by increasing the mass of tubers per plant: the average mass of tubers increased by 15%, from 169.1 to 201.7 g/plant. Treatment with the potassium humate “Prompterˮ increases minitubers output, depending on the variety, by 11-16%; with the drug Biostim by 10-13%. When processing plants with microfertilizer potassium humate “Prompterˮ the highest breeding factor (1 : 12.4) was obtained. Thus, the promising technique for increasing the productivity and quality of potato minitubers in the initial stages of the original seed production is to carry out foliar feeding of plants with micronutrient fertilizers during the growing season.
