Recreational focus of academic classes in physical education course

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of teaching fitness and recreational component of physical education in elementary schools. Recreational focus of modern physical education needs methodological and theoretical underpinnings of the technology of training students in fitness and recreational space. Scientific development of the issues of teaching physical education in such a way that schoolchildren take a strong interest in keeping a healthy lifestyle is especially relevant, meaningful to science and practice.
