The approach to the territorial organization of health tourism on the coast of the Gulf of Peter the Great is suggested. The urgency of the development of health tourism by designing modern recreational centers of a year-round activities in areas with high natural recreational potential is shown. The questions of the possibility of expanding of health tourism objects and their territorial planning on the coast of the Gulf of Peter the Great, taking into account natural recreational potential including a complex of such factors as the particular coastal climate from positions of climatotherapy and recreation, the availability of therapeutic mud and other natural factors allowing their use for health purposes, are considered.
