Accused and his defender familiarization with digital media in criminal case

The article deals with the problem of prosecution abuse of its procedural rights during accused and his defender familiarization with digital media in criminal case. Oftentimes this abuse leads to the defense impossibility of acquaintance with important information. The author analyzes the experience of foreign countries in solving this problem. On the basis of this research he develop appropriate recommendations to improve Russian legislation.
