Introduction to the history of the national town as means of patriotic education

In the article the basic principles of acquaintance of children of the senior preschool age with the history of their native city are considered as a means of patriotic education in the conditions of instruction in a pre-school educational institution. And also the sections of the regional program "Crimean wreath", devoted to the problems of patriotic education of preschool children, are considered.
