P. N. Milyukov about England, the British and policy

The image of England formed by P. N. Milyukov based on his knowledge of a political life, everyday life and traditions in England is analyzed. The author has come to the conclusion that P. N. Milyukov imagines England as a country with long-standing parliamentary traditions, large political liberties and a moderate political life. The knowledge of functioning of English parliamentary system was very important for the evolution of P. N. Milyukov’s political outlook.
