The Palestinian question in the Anglo-American relations (1947)

The article is devoted to the problem of the United States' diplomatic strategy as regards the Palestinian question that turned out to be the key problem in the entire post-war Middle East policy of the United States. The author pays special attention to the economical aspect of the Anglo-American relations in the region and the reasons of the United States' discrepant position concerning their support for the foundation of an independent Jewish state.
