In memory of Yuri Nikolaevich Stolyarov

The article is dedicated to the memory of Yuri Nikolaevich Stolyarov (1938-2024), who recently passed away. He was a famous scientist, a classic of a document and communication sciences, a Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and Professor, a university teacher and a scientific supervisor of doctoral and graduate students, a creator of several fundamental scientific works. The author proposes to perpetuate the scientific merits of Yu.N. Stolyarov.
