Paradigm of innovative development in the "knowledge economy"

In this publication, the authors formulated an actual paradigm of global innovation development, in which a scientific view of the volume, dynamic and sectoral indicators of international knowledge exchange is proposed. It is determined that the focus of the modern innovation paradigm is the process of generation and movement of knowledge, determining the secondary role of industrial (production), financial (investment) and infrastructure resources in the innovation process. The position of Russia in the international scientific and technical exchange and sectoral structure of transactions on intellectual property is formulated. The key factors of formation of innovative result in the conditions of «knowledge economy» are presented. From the standpoint of the analysis of world trends, a paradigm is put forward, which is confirmed in the independence of factors (including the example of China’s disproportion), predetermined by different nature and development institutions.
