The paradigm of sustainable development: ESG-factors and their role in company activities in the Russian Federation

The article deals with the influence of ESG-factors on the sustainable development of companies. In recent years, responsible attitude to the environment, social responsibility and quality of corporate governance have come to the fore. ESG-principles are firmly entrenched abroad, the number of ESG-rated companies is increasing exponentially, increasing their profitability. Implementation of sustainable development in the activities of the company contributes to the development of business and quality of management, increasing transparency, customer loyalty, improving the image and entering new markets.
