The paradigms of sexuality in rock culture and their role in the figure of a rock hero

The paper discusses various aspects of sexuality in rock culture and determines its role in shaping the figure of a rock hero, who is its subject. In the analysis, the methodological concepts of S. Freud, K. Jung and M. Foucault acquire new meanings and forms, help to reveal the mechanisms of sexuality that operate in rock culture. The relevance of the study is confirmed by the fact that in rock the subject of sex not only manifests itself in different variations, but for a long time there are a number of groups and the directions that in their work conceptually study the problems of sexuality, physicality, gender self-determination, etc. They are based on various fields of knowledge. Taking into account the theories of the aforementioned thinkers the solution of a problem situation, connected with the transformation of sexual energy in rock, is required. The paper attempts to prove that for rock culture sex is more than just a sexual attraction, libido. First of all, the manifestation of sexuality in rock must be understood as a special kind of internal energy, which to some extent determines the rock hero, causing a part of his actions.
