Parallel imports as a tool to protect the economic interests of the Russian Federation

This article analyses the reality of the global community and its impact on the national economy. The tools of regulation of new circumstances by the state, in protection of both consumers themselves and economic stability, are shown. The key features of parallel imports, as well as their strengths and weaknesses, that require further elaboration for further development are highlighted.
