Parallel import in modern conditions

Currently, due to the sanctions of Western countries, Russia has allowed the use of parallel imports, as well as the main legal acts regulating parallel imports. This article discusses the main aspects of parallel import and the conditions for its application. The scientific article also provides examples of its use, the advantages and disadvantages of the existence of parallel imports in modern realities.
