The parametric optimization of a field-regulated reluctance motor

Бесплатный доступ

To ensure speed in the operation of electromechanical converters, a variety of technical and hardware solutions are used. For the efficient operation of the cold rolling mill KhTP-450, a synchronous reluctance motor with independent excitation (SRMIE) with a gear rotor was used. This article considers an alternative to the presented rotor as a non-salient pole rotor of the transversally laminated anisotropic (TLA) type. For comparison and for the identification of the optimal geometry, the article presents several rotor solutions; studies were carried out in the static mode at different current densities: 4 and 6 A/mm2. The result of the research is values of the moments for each design, assessments, and recommendations for use.
