Park of innovative technologies as a pilot project of organizing the innovation cluster on the base of special economic zone

The paper analyses the process of organizing the innovation cluster of information and innovation technologies on the base of the special economic zone “Park of Innovative Technologies”. The issues of the process are investigated through conducting sociological survey of its residents. The research results were used to design the key directions of innovation cluster formation on the base of special economic zones.
