Basic design principles of computer-based information system (CBIS) for conducting energy registration certificates of industrial customers are considered. Structure of database, main functions of user interface, order of work with CBIS are given. As the result of the systems implementation on an industrial plant the appraisal engineers receive objective information about the level and efficiency of the plant usage of fuel-energy recourses.
