Patent fees: new developments

The authors of a systematic change of legislation in the field of payment of the fees charged in connection with the state registration of inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks and service marks, with the state registration and granting of an exclusive right to the appellation of origin, as well as with the state registration of the transfer of exclusive rights other persons and agreements on the disposal of these rights due to the terms of Russia’s accession to the World trade Organization.
