Pathomorphological changes of liver and kidneys in persons infected with virus hepatitises

In work are presented the data about morphological criteria of an estimation of patomorphologic changes in kidneys. It has been revealed that patomorphologic changes in kidneys at persons infected with virus hepatitis were found out in different variations in structure of balls, tubules, vessels and interstitials. It is necessary to note that expressiveness of the specified changes didn't depend on activity of inflammatory process in liver. At state of polymerase chain reaction it was revealed that virus replication under chronic hepatitis in kidney tissue was found out in a half of cases and didn't depend on cerological hepatitis profile.
