Pathological picture of changes in organs and tissues of the foal that died in early postnatal period with clinical signs of antenatal asphyxia and multiple organ failure, presumably against the immaturity of tissues and organs due to prematurity, was studied. A combined competing associated mediated disease was established, the immediate causes of death were identified, and a lifetime diagnosis was refuted. The object of the study was the corpseof a newborn foal of the Trakenen breed. Pathologic dissection of the corpse was carried out by the method of partial dismemberment of the organocomplex. Histological examination of the tissues of the lungs, myocardium, kidneys, lymph nodes, spleen, liver, pancreas, thymus, adrenal glands, thyroid, brain was carried out, the material was fixed in 10 % neutral formalin solution, sections were made on the microtome "Technom MSP-01" stained with Ehrlich's hematoxylin and eosin, microscopy was carried out on a Levenhuk 320 microscope...
