Patriotism as a dominant vector of national legal politic in modern Russia

Purpose: Research of concept of patriotism, purposes of patriotic education, its forms and means. Methodology: Historical and legal, philosophical and legal and formally legal methods were used. Results: In article the concept of patriotism, the purpose of patriotic education, a form and means of this work, value of formation of patriotism of the XXI century on traditions of last and modern experience, at the heart of which the centuries-old cultural code based on call of duty, sense of justice, the uniting idea of multinational Russia reveals. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses the high scientific value as is one of the first attempts to consider concept of patriotism of social and legal aspect.
