The article is devoted to the diagnosis of pathogenic pathogens in the seed fund of potatoes of the Perm Research Institute of Agriculture, S. Lobanovo, Perm Territory (PNIISH) by the method of real-time PCR. It is shown that the collection and the seed fund PNIISH do not have contamination of bacterial and viral pathogens, however, the collection has 4 varieties containing viroid - Grenada, Gioconda, Lazarus, RedCarlett.
