The article discusses educational culture as an adaptive system reproducing free creative personality, in particular, the processing elements of the system. Basing upon the case study of the public educational Sakha culture the author briefly reviews resources of the cooperative activity in the community with traditional culture. The article presents the author’s own systematization of the informal sociocultural educational methods.
