Pedagogic support as tactics of educational work

There is considered the importance of pedagogic support of college students at secondary professional educational institutions. Pedagogic support in overcoming difficulties must be targeted and directed at changing (addition) the subject, but not at the content and process of education. Helping students means consideration of their individual style, finding out the difficulties and the reasons for them.
