Pedagogical bases of optimization of the integral technological process of organization of cultural and recreational programs in cultural institutions

The article is devoted to the topic of optimizing the technologies of cultural and recreational programs in cultural institutions. Based on the conducted sociological studies and identified a number of problems in the practical reality of cultural institutions in the organization of programs, the author, in order to optimize this activity, justifies the problem of the need to develop a pedagogical model of a holistic pedagogical process of creating cultural and recreational programs, the successive connection of methodological, theoretical, methodological and practical bases. At the same time, it is emphasized that such a model can be effective under the conditions of its content compliance with the competence requirements provided for by the State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education of Social and Cultural Professionals, as well as its conceptualization. In the author's opinion, the scientifically grounded concept of the structural and technological approach to the integral technological process of organizing cultural and recreational programs creates the necessary prerequisites for optimizing the technologies of these pro - grams in cultural institutions, and is also a factor in more effective mastering of program technologies in the educational-educational process of training specialists in the field of «Producer of cultural and recreational programs».
