Pedagogical conditions of economic-mathematical competence formation of intended managers

The article deals the economic-mathematical competence as one of the success parameters of professional work of managers. It identifies “economic-mathematical competence” in the aspect of intended managers training as an integrative, intellectual and personal associated characteristic of manager personality, which is reflecting its ability to apply economic knowledge and mathematical methods to decide managerial tasks and to improve their performance. There are major limitations for suc- cessful, qualitative economic-mathematical training of intended managers. The pedagogical conditions as may be necessary met for the successful economic-mathematical competence formation of intended managers are formulated in the article.
