Pedagogical conditions contributing to effective functioning of the system of students’ management and prognostic competence formation in a military higher school

The article discusses the educational conditions contributing to the effective functioning of the system of students’ management and prognostic competence development in the military higher school, such as application of the SWOT-analysis at practical training during the study of basic subjects, educational support of students’ leadership skills development, and simulation training of “situations of risk". The authors have developed staged resolution of the risk situations and described the basic methods of educational support of students’ leadership skills development.
