The article reveals the relevance of formation of readiness to life safety of pupils and the practical solution of this problem in the conditions of an educational institution. The article presents a complex process of formation of junior schoolchildren’s readiness to life safety through the realization of pedagogical conditions, namely, a modular course “Me and the safe world” and practical work “Polygon of life safety”.
