Pedagogical conditions of management training of managers in education

In the article we consider the specific features characteristic of the manager's creativity: independent identification of problems in unforeseen situations; independent choice of the best option for solving a problem situation; forecasting the process of creative activity, foresight, both private and promising holistic result; coordination of their creative efforts with the search for a team; transfer of acquired knowledge and skills to a new situation based on creative activity; focus on consciousness, on the achievement of socially significant results: freedom of choice of content, forms, means and methods of creative activity.
