The pedagogical analysis of the expediency of the establishment of the juvenile justice in the Russian Federation

The juvenile justice is considered to be the main theme of the article. The attitude of teachers, psychologists, social workers and parents towards it in Russia is represented in it. The author places greater focus on the necessity to acquaint teachers and students of pedagogical universities with this phenomenon. The special emphasis is placed on the advantages and disadvantages of the juvenile justice system. The results of the analysis of the pedagogical literature, the Federal Education Standards, the interviewing of students and teachers are included in the article.
