Educational management in the scope of functions performed by a scouts’ leader in the children’s health camp

A review of educational literature on the matter of handling a children’s health camp makes it possible to draw a conclusion on urgency of students’ involvement in the capacity of scouts’ leaders and the related issue of handling the operation of the camp. Having examined management-related approaches of both Russian experience and experience from abroad, the author specified the children‘s health camp is a social system having its own characteristics which shall be handled in a better way with application of educational management that may improve scouts’ leader’s work while operation and let the scouts’ leaders accumulate their managerial experience.
