The article covers the problems of formation of civil identity of students of primary education through the prism of the partnership Institute for families and educational institutions, availability of school and family to increase their educational potential. Outlined and specified effective organizational and pedagogical conditions: the willingness of teachers to partner with the family in the formation of civic identity; the development of organisational forms (models, programs, plans, projects) training of parents on the formation of civic identity in children; develop educational and Advisory materials for the preparation of normative-legal base of social partnership of school and family; conduct regular monitoring among parents.
