Pedagogical assurance of students’ higher education quality

The paper covers some issues of increase in quality of higher education with use of pedagogical means; treated is the content and specific features of the pedagogical assurance of the quality of the students’ education and implementation of the competence-related approach in designing basic educational programs. The article offers an analysis of some problems in defining objectives, staffing and methodical assurance of the pedagogical process.
