Pedagogical supporting of curator's professional training in the school of tutor-curator

The article describes the experience of stage-bystage implementation of the program of the cycle of advanced training «The school of tutor-curator» in V.F. Voyno-Yasenetsky, Krasnoyarsk State Medical University, aimed at professional training of curators of student groups with a support on the ideas of system and competency-based approaches. Pedagogical supporting as the system including a set of factors, conditions and means of organization of professional training of curators is considered; the results of the questioning on detection of their attitude to the substantial and procedural parts of the program are presented.
