Pedagogical communication in the leader’s management activity

The article discusses the phenomenon of pedagogical communication in the leader’s management activity. The concept of management communication is formulated. It g ives the idea of pedagog ical communication as a for m of management communication. The paper investigates its characteristics such as focus on the solution of educational tasks; the subject-subject interaction and the creation of pedagogically appropriate relationships in management communication. And it reveals conditions of pedagogical communication application in the leader’s management activity.
