Pedagogical support of students in their professional self-fulfillment

The article considers the experience of the Polytechnic College in the pedagogical support of students, which is aimed at their professional self-fulfillment and socialization. It also examines the concepts of self-fulfillment and socialization and gives some examples promoting students'self-fulfillment during training. Besides, the article presents the general directions of student's self-fulfillment and justifies the need for them. The author supposes that the pedagogical support of students contributes to their socialization and professional self-fulfillment.
