Educational management as an object of labor function research

This article examines a problem of the educational management as a labor function in the context of the professional standard of a teacher. The author describes an essence of the educational management, and considers content of the teachers’ managerial competence. The research defines a status, a structure and a qualification level of the educational management in the vocational activities of the teacher.
