The Need to transmit experience from generation to generation appeared, along with other human needs, at a very early stage the beginnings of society. Therefore, the practice of education was initially defined as the transfer of life experience from the older generation to the younger. Education was as a social phenomenon, like any human activity: hunting, gathering, making tools. People grew as a person, was complicated by his social experience, and with it, to complicate the process and purpose of education. The basis of educational relations lay worship Junior senior high school mentor, revered as a father. The role of the educator and of education was in ancient China is extremely high, and activity of the teacher-educator was considered very honorable.
