Pension reform: challenges in achieving tergets

The article substantiates that, in order to ensure the effectiveness of pension reform, legislative norms and the whole range of reform measures must be adapted and coordinated with specific macroeco-nomic parameters and other conditions for the formation of pension rights and the implementation of state pension obligations. The article was prepared based on the results of research carried out at the expense of budget funds according to the state task of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
