Pension system of Russia and directions of its modernization

The author examines institutional conditions of functioning of pension insurance from the position of socio-labor relations of industrial phase of social development. Questions of formation of obligatory pension insurance in industrially- developed countries of world community and Russia are analyzed, the ways of modernization of pension system and wages system as a single whole are shown.
