Pension provision of citizens: the problems of reform

The article reviewed the different aspects of reformation of pension provision, which have to be considered in order to provide the legal regulation and to find the right ways to resolve the problems of provision of pensions. The most crucial problems are the safety and increase of pensions during making the payment in the pension fund; effective administration of these payments and reduction of unnecessary expenses; formation of the new supervisory authority, ensuring a decent life for pensioners; formation of the legal liability for improper pension management, its reduction or depreciation.
