Penza diocese and orthodox dissidents

The article considers a phenomenon of the orthodox dissidence in the USSR in the 1960–70-s. The priests of the Penza region diocese, primarily, the archbishop of Penza and Saransk Feodosiy, received letters, appeals, etc. from the oppositionists, the documents of archbishop Alexiy reflecting an official position of the Russian Orthodox Church, and answered them as much as possible.
