The calculation algorithm of binary phase diffractive optical element that generates a set of optical vortices in a single laser beam with given weights to transmit information was developed. The weight distribution in the forming optical vortices superposition is a code of the information. The phase element is calculated considering with the trade-off between energy efficiency, accuracy of information transmitted and compliance technology to the manufacture of diffractive elements.
