Advanced methods of automation of technological processes of production at rolling stock repair enterprises

This article examines modern automation systems for technological processes at enterprises engaged in the repair of railway rolling stock. Particular attention is paid to robotic complexes used for welding, cutting, painting, and diagnosing and controlling the condition of equipment. Examples of specific robotic systems, such as KUKA KR Quantec, FANUC Arc Mate Series, ABB IRB 2600, Dürr EcoRP, Siemens Brake Diagnostic System, and others, are provided. Their functions, advantages, and contributions to increasing the efficiency, accuracy, and safety of repair work are described. The article emphasizes the importance of integrating automated systems into the rolling stock repair process to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
