Transition to Agile management: problems and prospects of transformation of companies

The article analyzes the problems and prospects of development of modern management technologies of the organization. The issues of transformation of office space to improve the efficiency of work, organization of HR services in the selection of personnel are considered. Recommendations on the organization of the implementation process, resource search, and results analysis are presented.
