Transition from archived information systems to personal data information systems and the need to apply data protection measures

The article discusses the history of the need for the collection and transmission of information, the transition to the creation of database information systems using the archive example, the technical evolution of the consciousness of computerized information systems, on the basis of which, the problem of global growth in the volume of information and the quality of its use is analyzed. The need to build information systems for the collection of personal data and the implementation of the need to protect this information. Attention is paid to the need for protective measures on the basis of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, highlighted by the requirements for ISPDn.
