Transition of Russia to the neo-industrial model of development: historical experience and the present stage

The article deals with the relevant for Russia problem of transition to the neo-industrial model of development. By case study of particular examples, with attraction of numerous factual materials, the author shows the lag of our country from the leading countries in the course of creation of the VI technological way. It is emphasized that the situation is aggravated with complication of the international climate, adoption of the economic sanctions against Russia. Therefore, it is concluded that delay in reindustrialization of our country can turn it into the raw appendage of the advanced countries for good. The similar problem was repeatedly solved in Russia. That's why studying experience of the past is of great importance in order not to make mistakes and miscalculations. The article is prepared with the use of archival documents, which are introduced into circulation for the first time, and also with consideration of the latest scientific publications on this subject.
