Succession of subsidiary liability: several problems and probable solutions

The article analyzes the shortcomings of the existing regulation of the institution of subsidiary liability. The author reveals the legal problems that arise during the transfer of subsidiary liability by inheritance, suggests possible ways to solve them by introducing special regulation of the procedure for bringing the heirs of the debtor’s controlling persons to subsidiary liability.
