Transitive conditions of society as factor for dynamisation of social and economic life of regional socium

Essential characteristics of transitive conditions of socium in the interconnection with the social process are treated in the article. The characteristics of social processes which are the most important for the society successful passing through the transitive period are analysed in the article.
