The clinical practice shows the successful use of modern antidepressants, which not only have a thymoanaleptic and sleep-regulating effect, but also provide an opportunity to overcome the dependence on tranquilizers, which these patients often take uncontrollably to reduce anxiety symptoms and correct sleep disturbances.
