The methods roentgenstructural of the analysis and electron microscopy investigate influence carbonitrided and consequent kinds of heat treatment on redistribution of elements of introduction and substitution in steels 20CrMgNi and 20СrNi3А. The quantitative parameters of a structure are determined which is characterized by change of total concentration of elements of introduction and concentration of an element of substitution on depth carbonitrided of a layer.
